GTX 580 Power Supply

Will a 400-watt power supply be enough to power a gtx 580? I'm trying to get the card for around 40 dollars.

So 400 watt is probably not enough unless other parts are low power ones.

I got that card and my power supply is 750
but why would u buy something cheap that would give u more problems then u need
