GUI.exe error on startup

everytime when my computer starts up i keep getting an error is there something i can do to fix it? Screenshot provided

Do you have a Gigabyte motherboard?

yeah its a Gigabyte EX58A-UD7

The GUI.exe belongs to Gigabyte's Easytune software. Do a search for GUI.exe not working. There is quite a lot on the net concerning issues with this executible.
