I have this D610 Laptop Latitude. I did the shorting method, reformatted. Everything was perfect! My sister threw my laptop on the wall. I turned it on, it says Disc error. I put my friends hard drive but he doesn't know password. It asks for HD Password on the start when you boot. The gray screen, etc.. So I need a hard drive password. I am trying to find out how to remove it. I did the shorting method again, it didn't work. Password is still present. So I need to know how to remove it. Thanks
