Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince (PC) transparent graphics

My main problem is that while playing the game, the graphics/background I see is transparent, and I've tried everything I can lookup in Google but to no avail.

I opened a thread like this a year ago but I didn't reply to it because I quit trying to solve this problem, but just recently I had the urge to play the game and realizing that the problem is not yet solved. I have more than the minimum/recommended requirement, updated drivers, DirectX11, scanned for virus/malware, dusted off my CPU and the problem is still there.

I am using the same graphic card as yours , :

3.6ghz Ht processor
2gb ram
256 mb nvidia Geforce 7300 LE


the problem is with the graphic card, these are old ones, the game is new , and you ain't gonna find any driver updates, so just change the graphic card with a new one.

Game shows exactly same transparent background on my pc ,but works fine on my cousin's , which is a new one with better and up to date graphic card.
