help me comp restarts

whenever i m playing a game or on the net comp restarts
i change the restart setting in my comp advanced tab now it says the TECHNICAL INFO is

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

** STOP 0x000000x1(0x00000030,0x00000000;0XF1879811)
CAN U TELL WATS WRONG

Go to Control Panel and in Administrative Tools look in the Event Viewer. See if there are any red x's.
