help with new computer

first let me say that im sorry for posting this in this forum, i didnt know where to put it. i also searched and couldnt find anything on this.

i just finished building a new computer and i wanted to know how to go about setting it up. do i load windows first then drivers and stuff? and i need help setting up bios. if someone could help me or give me a good turtorial that would be great

The only thing you have to do in the bios is make sure that the system is set to boot off of the CD drive FIRST. If that is a go, the put the Windows cd in the drive, restart the computer and press any key to boot off of the cd when prompted. Foloow the instructions to install Windows XP and let her rip. When it is all done WIndows will let you know if it needs any more drivers....Good Luck.
