Could someone tell me, if i buy PS3 from China, will it work in Europe (Estonia).

It should be region free and so it will work. However, older PS1 and PS2 games may be region locked and DVDs and Blu-ray discs too. See here for more details: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regional_lockout
