Hijack This log file attached, please help

After running Spybot as well as Adaware and Cleanup, in safe mode, we still cannot access task manager running files, also, under security, cannot apply changes made to profile. There are suspicious files in the Hijack this log file. Can you please advise after reviewing the attached log. Thank you,

I can't read files like that. (Hijack This); Too much for me. If your program is not operating correctly, if you have your Windows installation disc, run the install up to the "partitioning" part then select the "repair" option and this will mend your task manager and anything else missing or not working.
