HJT help - Homepage changed to patchyoursystem.com

I've been trying to use the other instructions for fixing this particular bug, but can't seem to follow. Could someone please help me get rid of this baddie? Thanks.

Follow these instructions EXACTLY and put HijackThis in e.g C:\Program Files\HJT and NOT on the Desktop!.
Read: How to remove Begin2Search/Coolwebsearch and Other Nasties

While you are at it, FIX these as well:

Think that got it - Thanks

Took a little while, but I think I got it. Symptoms are gone and all scans (anti-virus, AdAware, Spybot, CWShredder) all come back empty. Thanks a million.
