Inactive HJT log for Windows XP firewall problem(can't access)

hello, i have been instructed that i should post my hijackthis log report in a new thread. i recently tried to force my way into my gmail account and i'm sure i have been infected with a virus of some sort. my browsers don't work, other than 6.0 version of internet explorer. when i try to open my firewall setting it gives me the "can't open because of an unidentified problem". i also can't seem to download new browsers and am limitied to a few sites. a lot of sites force my intenet explorer to shut down 'unexpectedly'. please help, here's my log. i am thankful for a site such as this^^. i was very discouraged until i found similar problems being solved in this website, God bless yall!

i just noticed i have a problem attaching a file to this. i see the attachment button with the rest of the icons (smiley face, Bold, Italian, Underlined) but it's not clickable. none of them are . i know i am suppose to attach but it won't let me so here's a link....i don't know how to attach it here, thought i could copy and paste the file . this is very frustrating. please don't delete this.

But we don't use HijackThis to 'screen' for malware. Also, the version you used is outdated, so you can uninstall it>>

Please follow the steps in the Preliminary Virus and Malware Removal thread HERE.

NOTE: If you already have any of the scanning programs on the computer, please remove them and download the versions in these links.

When you have finished, leave the logs for review in your next reply .
