HJT Log/ Getting a Bunch of Pop Ups - Help!!

My computer is getting a bunch of popups from bestoffers and it is having a hard time getting updates from windows, esspecially SP2. The log is attached, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Download,update and run this http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx in SAFE MODE (http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.shtml and then try this http://www.trendmicro.com/spyware-scan/ and this won`t hurt http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ HJT should be the last resort.
