HJT Log Help Possible virus

Hi, :wave:
I've been trying everything and can't seem to fix my computer. Recently I ran across some info about HJT. I downloaded it and ran the program but am really scared to fix anything. If you see something that I can fix, please let me know. I would greatly appreciate it.

My computer has been running really slow. I have McAfee antispam, spyware, virus shield etc... running and it alerts me everytime 5 emails are sent within 30 seconds. In short, my alerts never stop popping up no matter how much I click "Stop this email." I am not sending email. :suspiciou It must be the result of a virus. However, none of the McAfee products stop it. I have found viruses in the past and deleted them. I'm now just wandering if maybe this is something "left over", so to speak. Again, any help someone could give would mean the world to me. Thanks in advance! :grinthumb

also, i even uninstalled outlook and it still says i'm sending email. How, i don't have a clue, but it insists. Maybe it's fried. :hotbounce
