What are you 'cleaing out?
What do you think could be 'amiss'?
What do you expect can be seen with just a HijackThis log and absolutely no information at all?

What are you expecting us to do just by looking at your HijackThis log? The only thing I will tell you is that you have too much starting on boot.

If you want to do a "cleanout" that makes a difference, stop ALL the startups EXCEPt santivirus and firewall!
