How Can I record TV Programs on my Hard Disk?

Hi,

I am buying a new system and it comes with TV tuner card and Windows Vista Ultimate.

Would I be able to record the TV programs on my Hard Disk with this PC or Do I Need More Hardware to do that ?

If yes, what other hardware do I need ?
