Inactive How do I remove Optimizer Pro Performance Monitor?

Is this a threat, and how do I remove it. It's no listed in Add/remove Programs.

Hi Yeah I think it must have got on installing one of new cleaning software, but I ran AdwCleaner and it removed the Optimizer Pro. Everything seems fine now. Thanks once again.
