how i change the system restore?

i have the kaspersky internet security and it seems the system restore goes again couse the same files of trojan malware pop ups again

That means the Trojan has gotten into the system volume files. To stop the recurrence:

Control Panel> System> System Restore tab> click to UNCHECK System Restore> Reboot> go back and RECHECK System Restore.

That will drop off all the old restore points.
