How to clear SSD without clearing my computer (read description)?

I am selling a computer for a friend, and I completely took it apart before I remembered I was supposed to clear his SSD. How do I clear it and wipe it clean of any potentially sensitive content without wiping my computer (if I need to use mine)? Thanks and any help is appreciated.

You can (if your motherborad supports this) hock it up to your computer and unhock all your drives. once completed boot into BIOS (UEFI) and most motherboard BIOS (UEFI) have a tool to clean SSDs

This would be a better way, hook the ssd up as normal, boot into windows 10.
Click on cortana or the search bar, mash in disk management.
In windows 10 it will say create manage hard disk partitions.

Read this guide and follow the instructions make sure to give the partition ntfs.
When he gets the ssd and starts the windows 10 installation process it'll be smooth sailing for him.
