How to deal the Freya in Star Ocean:Till the End of Time(ps2 game)?

I now level 200 and finding a way to deal Freya. I have finish dealing with Gabriel and Ethereal Queen. But now the Freya always wipe me out with Ether Strike. Pls help me!!
