How to Enable the Group Policy Editor on Windows Home Editions

Btw: there are (on my Win/7 Pro Sp1 at least) some 2369 files ending in MUM at the stated location -- enough to get ANYONE into severe trouble attempting to use them.

I didn't have to restart either but had to run the command twice as it didn't seem to be completed the first time. Very useful power user guide. Thanks.
