How To Fix A Windows 7 Infinite Reboot Loop?

I am experiencing a Startup Repair that continuously looping and failing to fix the problem of not being able to load windows, even in safe mode. How to solve this problem?

This may be an indication of a hardware failure. Can you re-install Windows 7 fresh? If you can try doing this, it may help pinpoint the failure

Thank you for the reply and yes I have fixed it up. Just re-install the fresh windows 7 and now its working well.
