How to fix SOF2 Transfer

Im experiencing the transfer speed for SOF2. it is way below than 5KB/S. some of them getting much more than that... I dont see any config to be edited... i have checked the old post and the tweaks, but no luck.. any suggestion?

Ok, i have to bring this up again. I really need all help i could find. my problem on SOF2 is... extremely slow download (transfer) speed. Anybody know the tweaks? I have read the techspot official tweak guide for SOF2, but it didnt work. Any suggestion?
