How to make a simple installer wizard?

I'm trying to learn how to make simple installer wizard, could some tell me if there are some software's i need to download just to help me out?

There may be some helpers on this forum that could help you with writing the code, but is this something you are doing for educational purposes or do you simply need an installer for something specific, if so what?
