How to uninstall Win 2000 Server

My office pc is Win98SE. In order to try to recover some data, I had to install Win2000 with server software. I am unable to recover the data I needed. My hard drive is getting crowded so now I need to know how to dump the 2000 without harming the 98SE. Thanks.

Where and how did you install 2000?

Basically you just delete the Win2k bits (the partition and/or the folders). Things can be a lot more complicated though, like restoring the DOS bootloader if you manage to kill the Win2k one.
