I am having trouble logging out of phpMyAdmin 3.0.1.1

I installed latest Apache and Mysql5 and Php5.
Now the following problem is the following.

I am having trouble logging out of phpMyadmin 3.0.1.1
I can't change privileges in phpMyadmin either.
The password is correct I can only really login, and add databases.

I have a router Linksys WRT54G2 and I only touched applications and gaming
Port 80 and Port 3306 is open
I might have to use the 4.1 Mysql, the older version!
What is the solution?

I solved the problem by using command line

I solved the problem by using command line
Cmd Command Prompt, and I learned how to use it, it wasn't easy
Now my web server is up and running
I am thinking phpmyadmin is messed up, the new version, the least one 3.0.1
