I need help deleting songs from mp3 player

Hi I have a sylvania mp3 player. I have about 250 songs that I want to take off the mp3 player. Can someone please guide me. I use windows media player.

plug the Mp3 player into a USB socket and open windows explorer and it will show as a removable drive, browse it and then copy the files to your hard drive.
