I need Help from Expert

Hey everyone, ive come accross an issue which i m unable to solve. SO i need help from you all experts out there.

I had WIndows XP HE and I had some documents set as Private . Before Formation i put those documents in another HHD2 .

Now after ive installed a new Windows XP HE but now i cannot access my Documents which i saved on HHD2, It always says " ACCESS DENIED "

I have really imporant Documents in taht folder. Plz help me , how to access that folder.
