I want to play my downloaded movies on my TV

OK- I have already tried to upgrade my graphics card, and found out that my Dell Dimension 3000 will not accept it.

NOW- how can I connect my PC (no TV out) to my TV (which has no VGA input), without losing picture quality?

No, it just has RCA type and s-video inputs.
