Inactive I'm getting stalked upon by friends

It's been some time now since they decided to perma stalk me by being stubborn, infecting every fresh install of my PC by some unknown methods. For some reason my firewall and antivirus are not enough to make these hackers stop.

I am not being paranoid, as they keep blackmailing me embarassing stuff and they seem to know everything I have done on my PC, letting me know by speaking metaphorically. It's getting tiresome, to say at the very least, and I have no idea why I haven't tried stopping them earlier. I guess I thought they'd just stop it all together after a while, but no, man, I seem to be some kind of major clown to be watching at considering how entertained they seem to be.

So today, I thought it was time to cut the connection between me and them, so I did a simple hijackthis scan. The log is found as an attachment. I'd be very pleased if I could get some help on this.
