Im installing a new mobo and need help

it jus wont boot up or turn on its the KM4M-V/KM4AM-V (MS-7061) motherboard if tht helps please help me thanx

That doesn`t tell us anything, does it? We really need more info than that, if we`re to help you. "wont boot up or turn on" means what exactly?

Do you have a Motherboard Manual ?
You absolutly need this
to install the motherboard and cpu.And other devices.
