[In Progress] What is the most POWERFULL "FREE" Antivirus?

out there? I've tried em all Malarebtes,Avast,Super anti Spyware,Spy Bot Search and Destroy,AVG,so on and so forth one after the other. they found a Trojan and some malware which removed.And NOOOO I dont have them all one my PC all at once I try one then remove it before I try another and have the remains removed from the registry before I do.My system sees fine everything runs but my internt signal keeps dropping my Wi-Fi says signal is excellent but I keep dropping it I've tried resetting my modem and all that bullsh*t but that doesnt do a damn thing.I suspect a virus when I went to letmewatchthis(.)com <<<Dont go there! But it all started after a weekend of watching my new favorite tv show Dexter on this new site.Thats when it all started so of course I suspect a NEW virus which so far can't be detected by any damn thing! where can I get help any suggestions and NOOOO I will not go to Best Buy and have those Duesches charge me $200 for something I can do myself if possible!
