Installing screensaver in winxp pro sp2

I have two files necessary to install screen saver of my favorite college football team. In 98se i just copied to Windows\system and it worked fine.
Don't know where to put them in XP. Where are SS located in the file system on NTFS?

C:\WINDOWS\system32 is the windows xp screen saver directory.
