Internet Exploerer Virus/Google?

I am getting a message that goes:

I am half-half A A A

in my Google search window in IE 6

It makes IE REALLY SLOW and soaks up my processor power. Also seems to make IE unstable and lock up and crash.

Any ideas what this is and how to cure it?
