iPhone 4 - changing from IOS 7 to iOS 6

Is it possible to go change from Ios 7 to Ios 6 since Apple only has the Ios7 for download, can I get the files from somewhere else?

Yes, you can download the firmware files from somewhere (check web) and upload to your phone by holding down Shift while clicking on the update button.... or something like that.
