In the picture below where the bluetooth and the control panel are listed... is it possible to add a shortcut there somehow?

Well, it is possible, since the Control Panel and Bluetooth are there

Takes quite a bit of registry hacking though.. Do you want the shortcut to point to a program or to a folder?
