Is There Any Way To Clone A XP HD With Only A CD-ROM Drive

I'm looking to a free way to clone or make a image for my pc which
is running windows sp 3 pro on a CD-ROM which software is best.

Yes on the CD drive. What make is your harddrive? HD manufacturer's such as Western Digital, etc. offer free software. Check out their websites.
