issue: sysprotectionpage

can anyone please assist me on this?my webpage has been attacked that everytime i open a browser, this "sysprotectionpage" website opens instead of my homepage. here is the HJT. thanks alot.

Your system is infected with a few nasties.

Go HERE and follow the instructions exactly.

Post a fresh HJT log into this thread, only after doing the above.
