Keeps loading and freeze

Today, 6/17/17 at the start on my laptop my internet was very very slow it kept on loading forever I could go nowhere when I did it would just disappear again then I would go to Windows Network Diagnostics they usually would found the problem then fix I often go to Windows Network Diagnostics too often. But lately, my internet would seem to freeze that's annoying!

Sounds like you have an issue with your wifi card, first I would say open the case and CLEAN IT dust can block all kinds of connections, then locate where your computers antenna connects to either the wifi card or your on board wifi and double check that they are on there securly, and if all else fails purchase a no wifi card, perhaps external to save money and time, and install it into your computer, also a virus check wouldnt hurt, download malware bytes and run windows defender( delete norton or mcaffe if you have it)

Thank you for replying to me, first of..... all, I hate to say I'm still new with this Technology! You said to find WIFI CARD how to do that and it seems my computer doesn't have it, ..... and you also said to open the case to CLEAN IT again how to do that also.

Since this is a laptop you're dealing with, I'd suggest you take it to a shop to get it fixed. Lots of screws just to get the back off, not to mention possibly removing keyboard & such. Laptops are really nice till you get to work on them. JMHO

Model, brand names? Connection to internet wifi or cable?
Can your phone or other devices connect to the internet ok?
Is the problem only when it rains, or peak hours, etc?
