key code for sims2

My daughter purchased sims2 and then her pc crashed - she can not reload - she has been told to access this web site to get a key code - does anyone know how to do this? Thanks

Why can`t your daughter reload the game?

The best people to contact regarding this issue, would be the game manufacturers.

your best bet would be to contact the manufacturers. But there should be no reason unless it was a burnt copy that the original key code won't work. I've reloaded many games, the original sims included with the same key code and there was never an issue.
