Hello everyone 
This is my first post on this forum and I really need some assistance.
I am trying to help out my girlfriends father by repairing his girlfriends computer. I believe its cluttered with viruses so I want to log in and get the product key before I reinstall Windows 7 on here. The problem is the keyboard, touchpad, and USB mouse/keyboard's are not working. I have tried plugging the mouse and keyboard into each USB port, no go. I tried making a small separate partition, installed a fresh copy of 7 on that partition, booted up the installation disk and selected the repair computer option, opened command prompt, and then copied system32\drivers from the fresh install over to the one I'm trying to fix, no go.
I really appreciate any help I can get.
