I have several external hard drive cases and want to carry them in a case any recommendations

I was looking at https://www.amazon.ca/Lykus-HC-3010...30x20x12cm/dp/B07YHL5SNG?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1
but one question is not foam hard on USB drives and external harddrives for electric shock or am I over thinking it

I have not heard that (foam being hard on drives). You could place them in an anti-static bag if you are worried. I throw a ton of those out since one comes with every motherboard/graphics/HDD I use.
