Laptop appraisal help [recently accquired nice laptop]

I recently accquired an Alienware 18 which I listed on Ebay to see what I could get and 900$ just seemed a little low so I cancled if not thats okay.

Specs are:

18.4 inch screen
(2) gtx 980m in SLI
I7-4710mq
1tb hdd
24gb ram
Klipsch 7.1 surround sound audio
Full lighting and backlit keyboard

Laptop is literally in mint condition mo scuffs scratches or anything.

Any ideas on what I should be looking for?
