Laptop running slower, possiblity of trojan/viruses

Hi all. My laptop just started running slow two days ago. I used ad aware and found two trojans. I had them promptly removed, however, even after the removal, my restart and startups were still slow and my laptop, though there is a slight improvement in performance, is not back to what it was three days ago. I have run several other scans and cleared my internet cache, but the returns were minuscule.

I have attached a hijackthis log

If you would like us to review the system for malware, please follow these steps for Virus and Malware Removal.

When you have finished, attach the three logs for review. Please rescan with HijackThis after the other 2 programs and attach new log.

Before you run the scans, please disable the following Real Time Protection:
1. TrojanScannerrplC.exeUncheck this on startup:
2. Windows Defender: Start> Run> type in services.msc> double-click on MsMpEng.exe> change the startup type to Disabled- stop the Service\
3. Ad-Watch:
* Right-click on the Image (Ad-Watch icon) in the system tray
* Choose Settings from the Ad-watch options men
* Make sure you are on the General Settings tab, turn OFF (noted with a red X) the option to "Load Ad-Watch at Startup"

Then run the scans.

There are several processes running that do not need to start on boot and run in the background. I will help you with thse after reviewing the logs.
