Lost Admin Pass

OK so I have windows XP running on a Gateway Tablet PC. I recently somehow lost my admin pass to login into windows. There are no drivers installed and nowi cant reinstall the OS because it doesnt recognize the hardrive without the drivers. I have the BOIS pass.. What can i do?

Have you tried going in under "Administrator" through safe mode or is that the same password as whatever user you lost the password for?

Yeah its the same password.. the only user on the laptop is administrator and guest is disabled too. I'm not sure what to do really.. Any suggestions?
