M2 slot need help

Can anyone help im new to pc parts I just got a prebuilt and it doesnt seem to have anything in the m2 slot but its showing I have samsung ssd 970 evo plus 500gb and thats the m2 I paid for.
did I get a disk drive instead of a m.2?

Are you sure you don't have more than one slot. Some slots are on the bottom of the motherboard.
