Malwarebytes detected trojan in Opera

I tried to upload this in Malware Removal Help, but didn't appeared the option.

I recently formatted my laptop, I installed Opera and then Malwarebytes, a pop up appeared and the log file from Malwarebytes is the following, should I be worried or is it a false positive? I'm new in this forum by the way. Thanks in advance.
