Mass Effect 3 appcrash

Hi,

I am a huge fan of the Mass Effect franchise, and untill recently I had no problems at all playing it.
But whenever I try to get a certain point of a mission, Mass Effect just crashes and quits to the desktop. I have never encountered any error before on Mass Effect 3.
Here is the error message, it was in dutch so I translated it for a bit:

Things I have tried to solve the problem:
- Using cmd, the command /sfc scannow, no results.
- Replacing the KernelBase.dll in SysWOW64 and System32, this only caused more problems.
- Windows recovery, no results
- New profile on windows with admin rights, no results
- Googling fixes, no results
- Lets windows find a solution online, no results
I have never encountered this problem before, Mass Effect 3 is the only thing I am having trouble with.

Please help, so that I can go on with my playthrough!

Have you tried completely re-installing the game?
