Which program is giving you that error ?

If it`s IE go into Tools/Options and clear the checkbox for Enable Third-Party browser extensions,
and or scan for spyware.Better still use Firefox or Opera.

The program is IE. I have already ran a spyware program and it didn't find anything.
If I unckeck that box, will anything else be effected or WHAT will be effected?

To eradicate spyware you need to run several different programs in safe mode.

Nothing of any importance.Maybe a google toolbar or a Yahoo toolbar.
The point being,that if spyware has attached something to IE,that will be disabled as well.
