MikroTik routers need immediate update

Kaspersky advised anyone who uses MikroTik routers to update to its latest software release.

Slingshot malware infects PCs via files downloaded from compromised routers [MikroTik].

More important to update Winbox to the latest version. If you are not using Winbox the flaw does not exist. Using the web browser does not cause the flaw.
