Minidump problems and "hello"

First off, hello! First post and all, but I'm having some random crashing problems and it looks like you guys are the guys to come to. I've read multiple threads about random reboots and uploading the minidumps, so that's what I'm going to do.

The pc build is an AMD Athlon X2 4200+ 2GB (1x1GB Corsair PC-3200 and 2x512MB Rosewill PC-3200) Nvidia 7300GT, Creative X-Fi Xtreme Audio, 320GB WD Sata hdd. The only thing I can really assume is wrong is the hard drive. I just upgraded from a 120GB Sata hard drive, and while I did occasionally have random BSOD's, it was more towards the beginning stages of the pc's life. I'm running XP Pro x64 and did a complete format/install of xp x64 less than a week ago and I've since had 4 dumps. The first two were when I'd try and launch a game, it'd just reboot on me... the past two have just been out of the blue reboots. I ran Memtestx86 for about 8 hours last night and came back with no errors, but I know Memtest isn't perfect.

Either way, here's the dumps, I've zipped them up because the individual dump files were too large for the set limit, and any help is greatly appreciated. I've tried moving/swapping out the ram to no solution, I've updated all the drivers that can be updated, and all my speeds are at factory levels (nothing oc'd). Thanks again for any help!

Well I guess all I can do is assume it's the hard drive. If anybody actually checks into this I'd really appreciate it.
