Missing driver for Modem device on high definition audio bus

My laptop is Toshiba Satellite A205-S5812 with Windows XP. The device manager is showing missing driver for this device - Modem device on high definition audio bus. I searched Toshiba site but I couldn't find drivers for this device that are for XP.

Where can I find driver for this device?

To the extent it's a modem device (your fax modem for the laptop).

I thought it is related to the sound. Then I think I don't need to install driver for it because I don't use fax on my laptop.
